As always there are exercises for your legs, core, arms and a ton of mobilization and stretching work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This one is all about jumps, rebounds and more challenging full body exercises. We grow together from the gentle prep work to the full out jump and explosive sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IMPORTANT: If any of this is too hard for you.
